Frequently asked questions
I bought Pro on iPhone, can I use it on Android?+
Pro is tied to the store account that purchased it. To use Pro on a different platform you need to subscribe again on that platform. Contact support@cupside.app if you need help.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds for mobile subscriptions are handled by the store where the purchase was made. For iPhone and iPad, request a refund through Apple. For Android, request it through Google Play. Cupside and RevenueCat cannot directly refund App Store or Google Play charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or the Subscriptions section in the Google Play app on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My match result is wrong — what now?+
If the match is still pending, your opponent can dispute the report. If it is already confirmed, contact your league or tournament admin. For platform-wide errors, email bugs@cupside.app with screenshots.
How do I delete my account?+
Visit /account/delete and follow the instructions, or email privacy@cupside.app from the address tied to your account.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play.
Cupside Pro purchases are processed by the app store used at checkout. If you want to request a refund, use the store's official refund flow. Once Apple or Google approves a refund, our subscription system receives the update and Pro access may be removed automatically.
